Neon Basecoat paint is based on fluorescing pigments that convert some forms of light that are not normally visible to humans, by converting to a visible form makes these colors the brightest colors available! Unique pigments also glow in the dark under black lights that emit UV light. Revvin Neon Must be applied over white for best brightness. Neons do not offer the long term durability that our usual coatings provide. Revvin Neons are best used on indoor applications, novelty projects, or projects where long term lightfastness is not required.

Revvin is a basecoat color system that offers solid color basecoat (pigmented), metallic and Pearlescent/special effect basecoat. Revvin base is used in combination with recommended Genteel Coatings clear coats to give durable, hard and gloss finish.
